Opening Fall 2026: Fletchers Brings Old Florida Glamour to Royal Palm Place

Downtown Boca Raton is about to get a new after-dark destination. Fletchers, a modern supper club inspired by the golden-era nightlife of 1970s Palm Beach, is set to open this fall at Royal Palm Place, owned and managed by Investments Limited. Fletchers will be joining the ranks of the district’s most anticipated new tenants and further cementing the property’s reputation as downtown Boca’s premier dining and lifestyle destination.

A Supper Club Built for the Moment

Co-founded by Jake Marr and Sam Meitus, Fletchers is being billed as “Boca’s best-kept secret” — a dinner and nightlife concept where the evening unfolds in stages: dinner drifts into cocktails, cocktails into rhythm, and the night rarely wraps before the last martini is poured. The concept draws on the spirit of the classic Palm Beach supper club, reimagined with a contemporary menu and a design sensibility built for a generation that wants its dining experience to double as its night out.

At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Michael Stember, whose menu blends New American cuisine with timeless classics and strong Japanese and Mediterranean influences, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced locally and globally. Early menu previews point to dishes like Dover sole with brown butter and Meyer lemon, a chef’s-choice tasting selection, and a signature Fletcher Martini — the kind of program built for a crowd that lingers.

The space itself is designed to be explored, not just visited. Guests will move between distinct environments — the bar, the lounge, an omakase counter, and a private Member Club offering exclusive access for those who want the room within the room. It’s an experience-first format that has increasingly defined the next generation of hospitality concepts, and one that fits naturally into the walkable, see-and-be-seen energy of Royal Palm Place.

Fletchers will open at 133 SE Mizner Blvd, in the heart of the shopping and dining destination, with a full opening expected in Fall 2026.

Why Royal Palm Place

For Fletchers, opening in Royal Palm Place places the concept squarely within one of downtown Boca Raton’s most established and continually evolving retail and dining environments. The Mediterranean-style, open-air center has long been a cornerstone of the city’s downtown core, known for its brick walkways, fountains, boutique shops, and a dining scene that draws both longtime locals and the steady wave of new residents reshaping the city.

Royal Palm Place is owned and operated by Investments Limited, the Boca Raton-based real estate investment and management firm founded in 1970 by James H. and Marta T. Batmasian. Since relocating the company to Boca Raton in

1983, Investments Limited has become one of the largest owners of commercial real estate in downtown Boca Raton, managing a portfolio that spans more than 200 shopping centers and retail properties, alongside office, industrial, and residential assets across South Florida and the greater Boston area.

The addition of Fletchers follows a pattern that has become familiar for Investments Limited: identifying operators with a strong point of view and giving them a stage in one of the company’s flagship properties. It’s the same approach that brought Carmine’s Gourmet Market and Carmine’s La Trattoria to the company’s Glades Station development, and it reflects a broader strategy across the Investments Limited portfolio — pairing thoughtfully curated tenants with properties that are actively managed, well maintained, and positioned at the center of their communities.

That approach traces back to the company’s buy-and-hold philosophy: rather than developing and moving on, Investments Limited typically acquires properties and holds them for the long term, growing value through hands-on management and curated leasing rather than turnover. The company is self-managed and self-operated, with a leasing team focused on building a tenant mix — not just filling vacancies — across its properties.

A Downtown District on the Move

Fletchers arrives at Royal Palm Place at a moment when downtown Boca Raton continues to attract new investment, new residents, and new hospitality concepts eager to plant a flag in the city’s core. The center’s mix — from longtime favorites like Le Sorelle and Ichiyami to newer additions across dining, wellness, and retail — has made Royal Palm Place a genuine live-work play destination, complete with 185 luxury rental residences woven directly into the district.

For Investments Limited, Fletchers represents the latest example of a leasing philosophy built around finding tenants that elevate the guest experience for the entire property. Combined with ongoing enhancements across Royal Palm Place, the arrival of a concept like Fletchers signals continued momentum for one of Boca Raton’s most storied downtown destinations.

Fletchers is expected to open this fall at 133 SE Mizner Blvd, Boca Raton. Follow along at fletchersboca.com.
