The design has a clean, modern aesthetic that beautifully compliments downtown with a scale that mirrors neighboring buildings and features a rooftop garden without altering the downtown skyline from Federal Hwy and Palmetto Park Road. Tiered floors and a split-form design preserve sightlines for neighboring properties, while a generous 25-foot setback — a stark contrast to the 5-foot setback of Tower 151 — ensures the project remains a considerate and community-minded addition to the urban fabric.
Existing Mizner Plaza businesses and the Post Office will be carefully and considerately relocated with minimal disruption to their operations.
The project has garnered international interests by several renowned luxury hospitality brands. Designed to honor Boca Raton’s distinctive boutique skyline, the Mizner Plaza Hotel will serve as both a gateway for global travelers and a lasting economic engine for our community. Investments Limited celebrated the company’s 50th anniversary in 2025 through a variety of celebratory events and programs including The Community Collective, a matching fund campaign that contributed to 16 local non-profits; hosting the Downtown Festival as a City 100 Partner Celebration at Royal Palm Place, and through donations to FAU, PROPEL, Impact 100, the Boca Raton Museum of Art, Changing Lives, Boca Helping Hands, the George Snow Foundation, Boca Historical Society, Boca Raton Regional Hospital, and more.
