Investments Limited Signs Lease with Natuzzi

Natuzzi, the popular furniture retailer, has signed a long-term lease for the building located at 6001 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton, FL.  They will occupy the entire building which is around 6,000 sq ft, located on the corner of Ispwitch Street and North Federal Highway.  This single story building is undergoing substantial renovations (rendering shown below) to reflect the prominance of Natuzzi, which anticipates opening late 2012.  Stay tuned for Details!
