Investments Limited signs lease with Fortunoff Backyard Store for 18,000 Sq Ft

Investments Limited has signed a lease with Fortunoff Backyard Store to occupy the entire building located at 601 N Federal Hwy (the former City Furniture building) in Downtown Boca Raton.   The building is a 2-story retail showroom, totaling 18,326 sq ft, with covered parking and street presence on both Federal Highway and Dixie Highway.

Fortunoff already has 16 stores in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, with plans to open 3 additional stores in South Florida, including this one.   They plan on opening for business at this location in early September.
