Investments Limited purchases “Boca Pier” Retail & Office Center

Investments Limited is excited to announce the acquisition of “Boca Pier”, a 3-building retail/office/bank center located on the corner of Glades Rd and Lyons Rd in west Boca Raton (map).  The site consists of a free-standing Pier One Imports showroom, a two-tenant retail center with an urgent-care office, and a two-story bank building, with a PNC Bank + Drive-Thru occupying the ground floor and office space on the 2nd floor.  The site is 4.02 acres and consists of 30,000 rentable square feet.

Investments Limited is very excited to  have  these businesses join our family of tenants and to continue growing our presence in west Boca Raton.  Boca Pier was purchased in August 2014 as part of a multi-property acquisition.  Other properties acquired at the same time include West Boca Place (8177 Glades Rd) and Town Square (21312 St Andrews Blvd).
