Investments Limited owns and manages a vast portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties. With the majority of our properties in South Florida - spread throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties, we also have 2 properties in Tampa, and a large cluster of mostly residential properties in the Boston area.

On the commercial side, we have Retail centers that range in size from small, free-standing buildings and neighborhood strip centers to large nationally anchored community centers. Along with numerous retail centers, we have office buildings that include single-tenant buildings to Class A office parks. In addition, we have several warehouse/light industrial properties that offer flex space, raw warehouse space and automotive repair.
